I bought the buy 3 and get the cheapest one free items. Upon delivery I noticed that one item was missing, when I inquired I was told that the item is out of stock and unfortunately they won't give me any replace to, and they are sorry that the system did not show that my item is out of stock and again that no one informed me

Your delivery times are absolutely shocking and you quite frankly don’t care! I’ve ordered this item 2 April 2024. It only arrived the 13th April 2024. That’s a disgrace to any kind of service delivery where smaller business deliver a turn-around of 2/3 days. This is 1 of 2 reasons why I STOPPED purchasing from you.
