How to get ready for Black Friday

1.   How do I sign up for your newsletter?

4.   What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

We are in strict accordance with the government regulations and all our customer-facing teams have been briefed to ensure the safety of our customers. Numerous hygiene protocols have been put in place including:

  • Staff will maintain social distance of 1.5 meters.
  • Stores will be disinfected before and after work begins and regularly during the working period. Hand sanitizers are at all store entrances.
  • All staff will wear face masks.
  • All customers will be required to wear masks before entering our stores.
  • Staff will use hand disinfectant and practice regular hand washing.
  • Speedpoints and other touch points will be disinfected after each customer.
  • For online customers, our delivery partners will follow the strictest protocols for contactless delivery.

We are well-prepared to get your orders to you during this busy period. However, high-volumes are expected and should there be any delays, we ask for your patience as we work tirelessly to get your order to you as soon as possible.
